An overvoltage protection device for metal-encased, gas-insulated high-voltage lines is disclosed. The device includes a low pass filter which comprises an inductance connected in series with the inner conductor of the high voltage line, and a capacitance connected between the inner conductor and the grounded casing. The inductance and capacitance form the low-pass filter which serves as a trap for high-frequency traveling waves. The invention is especially suited for protection of metal-encased and gas-insulated high-voltage lines and installations in conjunction with a conventional overvoltage arrester.

A device for protecting cable lines containing overvoltage arresters C is known. However, this device protects a line insufficiently reliably. It is also known to have a similar device for protection in the form of an overvoltage arrester {2j. Known overvoltage arresters, which consist of a series of switching-on spark gaps and voltage-dependent resistances, become effective when the voltage on the wire to be protected for any reason exceeds a certain amount. In this case, they provide with a low resistance to discharge to the ground. As soon as the voltage reaches the so-called arc extinction voltage, the overvoltage arrester again goes into a state of rest, in which it has very high resistance to earth. . Despite the use of overvoltage arresters, the insulation of high voltage lines enclosed in a metal casing should have a significantly larger value than the highest possible operating voltage, since, on the one hand, the overvoltage and overvoltage voltage cannot be to any degree close to the highest operating voltage, and, on the other hand, overvoltage arresters cannot completely prevent the propagation of wandering overvoltage waves. The aim of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of protection by providing additional protection against stray waves in the high-voltage line. . The goal is achieved by the fact that a device for protection against overvoltages of gas-insulated high-voltage lines with a metal casing, internal wire and connected between it and the ground potential of an overvoltage arrester, is additionally equipped with a capacitor and an inductance connected — in series with the internal wire and made of the internal wire of the coil of the ferromagnetic core in the form of a ring with an internal diameter, corresponds to the width of the high-voltage line, and capacitor is in the form of one or more capacitors and connected between the inner conductor and the metal casing, in which the place of installation of the inductor and the capacitor is configured with an enlarged diameter and is provided with a flange. FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a protection device in conjunction with an overvoltage arrester; in fig. 2 - the proposed device, the cut. The voltage-carrying internal wire 1 is enclosed in a metal casing of a gas-insulated high-voltage line. The line also has a grounded casing 2. An overvoltage surge 3 connects the inner wire 1 and the casing 2. The protection device 4 forms a low pass transmission filter consisting of coils 5 and b of inductance and capacitors 7 and 8. Coils 5 and 6 of inductance connected to the internal wire 1, and the capacitors 7 and 8 are connected between the internal wire 1 and the protective casing 2 with the copy 9. As the casing of the protection device (Fig. 2) is the end with a larger diameter end 10 of the section of the casing 11, whose internal wire 1 2 is made in the form of a pipe. A flange 13 is provided at the end 10 for connection with the next section of the casing. Between this and the adjacent flange 14 of the next section of the casing 15, a ring 16 is laid down. In the inner space of the end section 10, inductance coils 17 and capacitors 18 are installed in the axial direction, one after another, as well as capacitors 18. Inductance coil 17 is made as installed on the extension of the internal wire 19 of the enclosed section 15 of coil 20 consisting of a casing from. an insulating material 21 and a wire 22 placed on it. In order to ensure sufficient strength against short-circuiting, the wire 22 can be fixed to the housing 21 by means of a bond and a cured synthetic material. The coil 20 is surrounded by a sheet iron core 23, whose inner diameter approximately corresponds to the inner diameter of the enclosed section 15. Due to this, the iron core 23 is insulated in the same way / as the casing using insulated gas contained in the construction. Instead of a sheet iron ring 23, a ferrite ring can be used. The leaf rings of the iron core 23 are pressed against the pressure ring 24 against the flange 14.
The coil 20, with its end facing the condenser 18, is coaxially connected to the inner wire 12 of the enclosed housing section 11. Similarly, at the junction 25, the ring 26 serves to secure the capacitor structure consisting of individual ceramic capacitors or masses; capacitors 27. my capacitor values are 18. At the same time, these capacitors can receive a support for the inner wire 12 relative to the housing.
The protection device can also be made as a stand-alone coig structural unit. For this, the part corresponding to the end section 10 is flanged at both ends and can be embedded between the enclosed sections of the high-voltage line.

DEVICE FOR PROTECTION AGAINST VOLTAGE OF GAS ISOLATED HIGH VOLTAGE LINES with a metal casing, an inner wire and an overvoltage arrestor connected between it and the earth potential, characterized in that, in order to increase efficiency by providing additional protection against stray waves in the high voltage line, it is additionally equipped with an inductor connected in series with the inner wire and made of a ferromagnetic core installed along the inner wire of the coil and in the form of a ring with an inner diameter corresponding to the light width of the high-voltage line, and the capacitor is made in the form of one or more capacitors and is connected between the inner wire and the metal casing, which is made with an increased diameter and is equipped with a flange at the installation site of the inductor and capacitor.
